益母草注射液联合缩宫素对剖宫产产后出血的预防效果研究

目的 研究益母草注射液联合缩宫素对剖宫产产后出血的预防效果。方法 选择2015年1月-2016年6月乐山市妇幼保健院采取剖宫产分娩的产妇500例，随机分为两组，对照组仅单纯给予缩宫素，观察组联合给予缩宫素和益母草注射液。观察两组临床疗效、围手术期指标、术前和术后24 h血红蛋白、红细胞，记录两组不良反应的发生情况。结果 观察组的总有效率为90.40%（226/250），明显高于对照组的73.20%（183/250），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组的术中出血量、术后2h及24 h出血量明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的产后出血持续时间为（38.35±5.42）h，住院时间为（6.25±2.38）d，均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组术后24 h血红蛋白、红细胞下降程度均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 益母草注射液联合缩宫素可有效预防剖宫产产后出血，减少术后出血量并缩短止血时间，安全有效。

Yimucao Injection combined with oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yimucao Injection combined with oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods 500 cases of pregnant women with cesarean section who were treated in Leshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2011 to June 2016 weredivided into two groups randomly. The patients in the control group wereonly given oxytocin, while the patients in the observation group were given Yimucao Injection combined with oxytocin. To observe the clinical effect of the two groups, the amount of intraoperative hemorrhage volume, postoperative 2h bleeding, postoperative 24h bleeding volume, the duration time of postpartum hemorrhage and hospitalization time, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.40%(226/250), which was significantly higher than the control group 73.20(183/250) (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the amounts of blood loss, 2h postoperative bleeding volume and 24h postoperative bleeding volum in observation group were significantly decreased (P<0.05).The duration time of postpartum hemorrhage and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05). 24 h hemoglobin and red blood cell of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yimucao Injection combined with oxytocin can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the time of bleeding and hospitalization time, safe and effective, which is worthy of clinical application.
