| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在大肠癌患者血清中的水平及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测82例大肠癌患者和30例正常对照者血清中VEGF的含量。结果大肠癌患者血清VEGF水平明显高于正常对照组，大肠癌有远处转移患者血清VBGF水平明显高于无转移患者。结论血清VBGF水平的检测对大肠癌的诊断具有一定的临床意义，可反映疾病的进展情况，血清VBGF水平与大肠癌的浸润和转移密切相关，术前检测血清VEGF水平，对预测大肠癌的侵袭和转移具有一定的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the level of Serum Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor(VEGF) in colon cancer patients and its clinical significance.Methods:ELISA method was used to detect serum VEGF content in eighty two colon cancer patients and thirty normal control persons.Results:Serum VEGF level in colon cancer patients were significantly higher than those of in control group, serum VEGF levels in patients with distant metastasis was significantly higher than those without metastasis.Conclusions:There is certain clinical significance of detecting serum VEGF level for the diagnosis of colon cancer,which can reflect progress of the disease and is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of colon cancer. Detection of pre-operative serum VEGF level is of certain clinical significance for predicting the invasion and metastasis of colon cancer. |
