赭石最佳炮制工艺与经典炮制方法的比较研究

摘    要:
目的:探讨赭石最佳炮制条件。方法:采用正交试验法对赭石在不同条件下其有效成分Fe^2+离子的含量进行测定,并把最佳炮制工艺与传统炮制方法进行比较研究。结果:800℃,煅烧1h,醋6mL为最佳炮制条件,其结果与传统炮制方法比较有显著差异。结论:对研究赭石炮制机理及制定最佳炮制工艺具有一定的意义,最佳炮制工艺可以代替传统炮制方法。

Abstract:
Objective:The discussion ocher concocts the condition best. Method: Uses the orthogonal testing method its effective component Fe^2+ ion content to carry on the determination to the ocher under the dissimilar condition, and concocts best the craft and the tradition concocts the method to carry on the comparison research. Result:800℃ calcine lh,vinegar 6ml concocts the condition best, its result and the traditionconcoct the method comparison to have the remarkable difference. Conclusion: To studies the ocher to concoct the mechanism and the formulation concocts the craft to have certain significance best, concocts the craft to be possible best to replace the tradition to concoct the method.
