| 摘 要： | 选用89例人胚胎的左冠状动脉，分别用直接测量法和生物体视学技术测量胚胎各期血管参数，两种方法所得数据有明显差别，其中内腔面积，血管面积在胎龄3月后各期均有显著性差异，随着胎龄增长呈剪刀差趋势，用生物体视学测量的近似活体状态的血管参数更具有生理意义。

| Abstract: | Quantitative studies of the anterior descending branch of left coronary artery in eighty nine human fetuses were made by LM. Biological stereology was used to imitate the blood wall in vivo,and the data were compared with those of measuring the transverse area and thickness of the wall directly on slides.Progressively significant difference was present in arterial size between direct measurement and using stereological technique,after 3 months of fetal age.The data provide more favorable parameters of the blood vessel from stereological study than those from direct measurement on slides in terms of physiological significance. |
