| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:920例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为3组,A组为单纯中医治疗组,B组为单纯西医治疗组,C组为中西医结合治疗组。3组均治疗3个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察治疗前后总疗效、临床症状改善情况及相关实验室指标的变化。结果:中西医结合治疗组各项观察指标均较其他2组疗效显著(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of the combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods：By a retrospective analysis,920 cases with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into three groups,A group of TCM group,B group of western medicine group and C group of the combination group.After two treatment courses,3 months as a course of treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms,grading and laboratory indicators were observed.Results：Compared with two groups,there were significant differences in the combination group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Integrative medicine is remarkable on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy without obvious side effects. |
