小清河有机污染物对小鼠体细胞的遗传毒性研究

摘    要:
用小鼠骨髓微核试验研究了小清河上游、下游及发源地段河水有机提取物的体内诱变活性及污染水样对小鼠体细胞的遗传毒性。结果表明,上下游水样均可诱发小鼠骨髓嗜多染性红细胞微核细胞率显著增高,说明其中含强诱变性物质,能导致小鼠体细胞染色体断裂或缺失;源头水样则呈阴性反应,说明未受污染。实验组微核率高峰均延迟至72小时出现,这与有机污染物成分复杂有关,提示水中有慢性作用的遗传毒物或系前诱变物代谢活化效应所致。

Abstract:
The in vivo mutagenicity of organic extractives of water samples from upper, lower and fountainhead tracts of river Xiaoqing was investigated in mouse bone-marrow micronucleus test, and the genotoxic potential of the organic pollutants on mammalian somatic cells was evalued. Signifi cant enhancement in the percent of micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes was observed in either upper or lower water sample treatment,as showed that there exist potent mutagenic substancedin both tracts, which may lead to such genetic lesions as chromosomal breakage or non-disjunction. On the contrary, the treatment of fountainhead sample gave negative response, as suggested that this tract of river was not polluted. And what's more, the highest occurrence of micronuclei was found at 72h after both upper and lower sampie trcatment, a phenomenon related to component complexicity of the organic pollutants, presumedly induced by metabolic act ivation of premutangens.
