福辛普利治疗高血压合并糖尿病的疗效观察

目的观察福辛普利联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法将60例高血压合并糖尿病患者随机分为两组,常规治疗组(对照组)30例,应用硝苯地平控释片30mg/d,治疗2周;福辛普利治疗组30例,用福辛普利10～20mg/d+硝苯地平控释片30mg/d,治疗2周,观察血压控制情况,并观察其对24h尿蛋白定量、心率、血清肌酐定量的影响。结果福辛普利治疗组在降低血压的同时,明显减少24h尿蛋白的排泄,而两组治疗前后心率、血清肌酐定量无明显变化。结论福辛普利联合硝苯地平控释片在取得较理想降压效果的同时,明显减少24h尿蛋白的排泄,而对心率、血清肌酐定量无明显影响。

The effects of Fosinopril with Nifedipine in treatment of the patients with hypertension with diabetes.

Objective To study the effects of Fosinopril with Nifedipine in treatment of the patients with hypertension with diabetes. Methods 60 patients of hypertension with diabetes were divided into two groups randomly. Control group （ 30 cases ） received 30mg Nifedipine per day for two weeks. Treatment group （ 30 cases ） received Fosinopril 10-20mg per day for two weeks＋30mg Nifedipine per day for two weeks. To analyse the difference on the changes of blood pressure, 24h proteinuria,heart rate, and serum creatinine quantitative between treatment group and control group. Results treatment group can reduce 24h proteinuria significantly and blood pressure at the same time, while the two groups before and after treatment the heart rate, no significant changes in serum creatinine quantitative. Conclusion Fosinopril with Nifedipine can reduce 24h proteinuria significantly and blood pressure at the same time, while heart rate, serum creatinine quantitative had no significant effect.
