胃溃疡癌变的X线表现特征分析

目的:分析胃溃疡癌变的X线表现特征。方法:回顾性分析32例胃溃疡癌变患者的临床资料,分析其X线表现特征。结果:32例胃溃疡癌变患者的X线表现:溃疡口部幽门侧先发生改变23例(78%),结节状充盈缺损者25例(72%),溃疡轮廓改变者18例(56%),侧壁直角征者13例(41%),粘膜改变者25例(78%),有迁移征象者9例(28%),局部胃壁蠕动减弱或消失者21例(66%)。结论:X线钡餐检查是胃溃疡恶变的诊断及鉴别诊断中较为常用的一种方法。但不能只求单一征象,应全面系统地进行分析,提高胃溃疡癌变的诊断率。

The X-Ray characteristics analysis of canceration of gastric ulcer

Objective: To analyse the X-ray features of canceration of gastric ulcer CGU. Methods: Clinical manifestations and X-ray features of 32 cases with CGU. Rusults: The X-ray findings of these cases were as following: pyloric ulcer side of the mouth first change in 23 cases 72, nodular filling defect in 25 cases 72, the ulcer contour changes in 18 cases 56, right angle sign on the wall in 13 cases 41, mucous membrane changes 25 cases 78, there are signs of movement in 9 cases 28, gastric peristalsis weakening or disappearance in 21 cases 64. Conclusion: X-ray examination is a commonly used methods in malignant gastric ulcer diagnosis and differential diagnosis. But not just a single sign should be comprehensive and systematic analysis, and thus improve the diagnosis of gastric ulcer cancer.
