| 摘 要： | 骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)属于转化生长因子超家族,其在骨的再生和修复中起重要作用。许多的研究还发现,BMP不但调节胚胎肝的形成与发育,还调节成年肝组织的再生和修复,其过程涉及基因表达、生长因子的产生及形态结构塑造等方面的变化,其作用主要通过BMPs受体与Smad蛋白磷酸化等信号转导途径而完成。这说明BMPs与肝脏之间可能存在某些关系,文章就此问题及近年来的研究进展予以综述。 |
