摘    要:目的探讨腹腔镜手术切除胃间质瘤的临床治疗效果、安全性及可靠性。方法总结2004年4月至2006年4月30例胃间质瘤患者采用腹腔镜进行切除手术的临床资料。结果30例患者术前经胃镜、超声胃镜、上消化道钡餐及腹部CT检查诊断胃间质瘤。肿瘤直径为2~10 cm。腹腔镜手术行胃楔形切除22例,远端胃部分切除6例,近端胃部分切除2例。手术时间(120±35)min;术中出血量(50±24)ml;所有患者均顺利完成手术。术后住院天数4-10d。随访3- 24个月,均未见复发。结论腹腔镜手术切除胃间质瘤安全、可靠,创伤小,术后恢复快。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the treatment efficacy of laparoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumors. METHODS: The clinical data of 30 patients with laparoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumors from Apr. 2004 to Apr. 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS: The preoperative diagnosis of gastric stromal tumors mainly relied on gastroscope, ultrasound gastroscope, barium meal and abdominal CT scan. Tumor size ranged from 2 to 10 cm. Surgical procedures included laparoscopic wedge resection for 22 patients, laparoscopic distal gastrectomies for 6 patients, and laparoscopic proximal gastrectomies for 2 patients. All operations were successful, with an average operation time of 120+/-35 min and a blood loss of 5-200 ml. Postoperative length of stay was 4-10 days. No recurrence had occurred during 3-24 months follow-up. CONCLUSION: Laparoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumors is a safe and reliable procedure, with quick postoperative recovery and minimal invasion.
