对亲属活体器官移植生物-心理-社会评估的伦理学问题

目前我国亲属活体器官移植手术比例呈逐年上升趋势，其中所涉及的伦理学问题比之尸体器官移植和异体器官移植都要复杂。对亲属活体器官移植中供体和受体进行术前和术后的“生理-心理-社会”评估和综合判断，有助于我们正确认识和合理实施亲属活体器官移植手术，达到既实现医学价值目标，又充分尊重供体和受体的生命价值，更重要的是发展和完善人的生命，服务于人类的整体利益。

Ethical Reflection on the Physio-psychic-social Assessment of Living Related Organ Transplantation

There is an ascending tendency in proportion of living related organ transplantation in nowadays China. However, the problems involved are more complicated than those involved in cadaveric and xenogenic organ transplantation. Therefore, a synthetic pre or post -operative physiological -psychic -social assessment to the donor and the receptor during living related organ transplantation is needed for a better understanding of the operations and a more reasonable application. Then not only the destination of the medical value can be achieved, but also-the value of donor and receptors lives can be fully respected. More importantly, our aim of developing and perfecting human life and eventually supplying better service for overall interests of human would be realized.
