早期固定矫治与功能性矫治前牙反(牙合)的对比研究

目的　探讨固定矫治器和功能矫治器在矫治前牙反牙合中的作用机理、矫治效果及适用范围。方法　选择4 5例应用固定矫治器治疗的反牙合患者,其中乳牙期患者2 1例,替牙期患者2 4例;4 5例应用功能矫治器治疗的反牙合患者,其中乳牙期患者2 3例,替牙期患者2 2例。选择2 0项头影测量指标分别对两种方法矫治前后的硬组织改变进行分析,对测量结果进行t检验。结果　固定矫治器组矫治后,仅有牙性改变。而功能矫治器组矫治后不仅有牙性改变,同时也有骨骼改变。结论　固定矫治器配合早期Ⅲ类牵引适用于牙性、功能性反牙合的治疗,而功能矫治器适用于功能性、混合性和骨性反牙合的治疗,临床上需根据情况正确选用。

Treatment of Anterior Crossbite by Fixed Appliance and Functional Appliance

Objective To compare difference of the treatment effect, mechanism and applicability of treating anterior crossbite by fixed appliance and functional appliance. Methods 45 cases with anterior crossbite treated by fixed appliance and 45 cases by functional appliance were selected. 20 cephalometric indices were studied to compare the dental and bony tissue changes. Results In fixed appliance group there were only dental changes after treatment. While in functional appliance group there were both dental changes and bony tissue changes. Conclusion Dental and functional crossbite should be treated by fixed appliance, while functional, mixed and boned crossbite should be treated by functional appliance.
