| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍一种通过内眦下边缘离断矫正内眦赘皮方法.方法:通过内眦赘皮下端与下睑连接处切断,去除多余内眦皮瓣,修整错位眼轮匝肌;再行内眦韧带与鼻侧腱膜缝合固定开大内眼角.结果:认为此法手术设计及操作简单,容易掌握.创伤小,术后瘢痕小,新内眦圆滑自然,是一种值得推广的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To introduce a way of epicanthus correction by inferior edge abscission.Methods:We abscised the epicanthus by cutting the joint of epicanthus inferior terminal with the lower eyelid,resected the superfluous epicanthus flap,then sutured and fixed the new epicanthus point on nasal aponeurosis,and opened the internal canthus.Result:All 312 cases had satisfactory surgery results.Conclusion:The operation is simple to manage with little wound,and the post operation scar is not obvious,the new epicanthus looks smooth and natural.Therefore,it's a method worth popularizing. |
