女性偏头痛相关因素及氟桂利嗪的防治疗效观察

①目的 探讨氟桂利嗪（西比灵）与血管舒缩相关因子的关系及其对女性偏头痛的疗效。②方法 门诊女性偏头痛患者60例随机分为两组，每组30例,比较西比灵治疗观察组与血橙通治疗对照组的疗效，同时测定治疗前后血中内皮素（ET）和降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）的含量。③结果 观察组舒血管因子CGRP的台量较服药前低，而缩血管因子ET无改变，在减少头痛持续时间和减轻头痛程度方面的有效率均为93％，减少月头病频率方面有效率均为87％，表明观察组优于对照组。④结论 西比灵可通过降低CGRP，有效地控制女性偏头痛发作。

Related factors of female migraine and the effect of flunarizine on treating migraine

Objective To observe the relationship between sibelium and vasodilatation and vasoconstriction factors,and the effect of sibelium on treatment of migraine in women. Methods 60 women were randomly divided into the treatment group(sibelium group,30 women) and the control group(xueshuantong group,30 women).The effect of the two groups was observed.detected endothelins (ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in blood were examined before and after treatment. Results In treatment group,the concentration of CGRP after treatment was lower than that of before treatment.Sibelium reduced the lasting time of headache,lightened the intensity of headache(both efficiency rates of 93%),declined the frequency of headache in a month(efficiency rates of 87%) and made no difference with ET. Xueshuantong only could lighten the intensity of headache(efficiency rate of 90%). Conclusion Sibelium could control the attack of migraine in women by decreasing the concentration of CGRP in blood.
