银杏叶注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的 观察银杏叶注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效.方法将82例急性脑梗死患者完全随机分为治疗组和对照组,各41例.治疗组予银杏叶注射液20 ml加生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,1次/d,共14d；对照组予复方丹参注射液250 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,共14 d.2组其他治疗措施相同.结果 总有效率治疗组为90.2％,显著高于对照组的80.5％ (P ＜0.05),2组治疗后与治疗前相比神经功能缺损评分都明显减少治疗组为(8.31±5.02)分比(22.75±8.03)分,P＜0.01;对照组为(13.97±7.14)分比(23.18±7.91)分,P＜0.05],治疗后治疗组神经功能缺损评分和血液流变学指标明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).2组患者均无明显不良反应.结论 银杏叶注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效较好且较安全.

Curative effect observation of Yinxingye Injection on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the curative effects of Yinxingye injection on acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly assigned into treatment group (41 patients) and control group(41 patients).Yinxingye injection 20 ml was used for intravenous drip once a day for 14 days in the treatment group; fufangdanshen injection 250 ml was used for intravenous drip once a day for 14 days in the control group.Results The total effective rate of 90.2％ in treatment group was significantly superior to that of 80.5％ in control group( P ＜0.05 ).The neurological deficit scores and hemorrheology parameters were significantly decreased in the treatment group after 14 days compared with the control group( P ＜0.05 ).There were no obvious side effects in the two groups.Conclusion The curative effect of Yinxingye injection on acute cerebral infarction is optimistic and safe.
