| Abstract: | By promoting technology capacity,optimizing treatment plan,strengthening emergency construction and designing appropriate supporting institutions,appropriate medical care has been carried out.Effectiveness of appropriate medical care such as better health resources utilization,promoting hospital reform,strengthening professional moral,building harmonious hospital patient relationship and improving sustainable development have been achieved. |
