Research on the TCM hospitals core competitiveness based on tacit knowledge management

Today under the era of knowledge economy,tacit knowledge have incontestably becomes the core competitiveness of the organizations’ survival and development.As typical tacit knowledge-intensive organizations,the TCM hospitals should continuously strengthen the tacit knowledge management to cultivate and promote the core competitiveness and thus to keep a foothold on the increasingly intensive competition in the health care market.The paper begins by the defining of concepts of tacit knowledge management and core competitiveness,analyzes the impacts of tacit knowledge management on TCM hospitals core competitiveness,and then describe the strategies for TCM hospitals to cultivate and promote the core competitiveness through the tacit knowledge management.
