| 摘 要： | 目的探讨细节管理在护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法将我院实施细节管理后的各项指标与实施前进行比较。结果通过加强细节管理,规范了护理安全管理,我院的护理缺陷例数、护理纠纷例数、护理投诉例数明显降低,护理服务满意度明显提高,与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过各项护理细节管理的完善,规范护理工作流程,提高了护理质量,从根本上减少护理纠纷的发生,保证医院护理工作的安全稳定和健康发展。
