| 摘 要： | 目的探索快速检验方法在食品检验中的应用。方法应用VIDAS和VITEK32仪器对食品中沙门氏菌和单增李斯特菌进行检测,并与国标法进行比较。结果检测样品257份,VIDAS法检测沙门氏菌阳性样品11份,国标法检测沙门氏菌阳性样品8份。VIDAS法检测单增李斯特菌阳性样品17份,国标法检测单增李斯特菌阳性样品10份。VIDAS+VITEK32法检测沙门氏菌阳性样品9份,检测单增李斯特菌阳性样品12份。结论 VIDAS有很高的灵敏性,VITEK32有很高的准确性,VIDAS+VITEK32方法检出率高于国标法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study a rapid method in food examination. Methods VIDAS and VITEK32 were used to detect Salmonella and Listeria in food and the results were compared by international standard method. Results 11 Salmonella strains out of 257 samples,were detected by VIDAS method;8 by international standard method.17 Listeria strains out of 257 samples,were detected by VIDAS method;10 by international standard method.9 Salmonella strains and 12 Listeria strains were detected by VIDAS plus VITEK32 method.
