儿童恒牙外伤112例的临床分析

目的:通过对我院口腔科自1999年6月～2009年5月治疗的112个儿童,157个恒牙外伤资料进行回顾性研究,对外伤患儿年龄、性别、恒前牙外伤原因、受伤方式、伤牙数目、受伤后就诊时间与预后的关系进行分析。从而探讨儿童恒前牙外伤的危害性、特点、及影响预后的因素。结果:统计结果儿童恒前牙外伤多发生在8～11岁,受伤原因主要为摔伤,地点主要在学校及游乐区,男性多于女性,临床表现以冠折最多其次是牙脱位,外伤后24小时内就诊预后较好。结论:儿童恒前牙外伤的发生有一定规律,以冠折多见,伤后就诊时间是决定预后的因素之一。受伤地点在学校较多,在日常教育中应该强调儿童的自我保护意识。

Clinical Analysis of 112 Children with Traumatic Injury of Anterior Permanent Teeth

Objective:A retrospective study was carried out among 112 children cases with 157 permanent anterior teeth trauma which treated in our hospital during June 1999 and May 2009.Then analyzed the age,gender,trauma reasons,modality,number,visit time and the prognostic influence.To explore the harmful,features,and the prognostic influence factor of children permanent anterior teeth trauma.Results:Statistics results that the children trauma most frequently occurred among the age of 8 to 11 years old,the main reason was falling injury.The places almost in the school and play area,incidence rate of boy is far more than girl,coronal break is most in clinical situation,next is luxation of teeth.Prognostic was better when visit with in 24 hours.Conclusions:There were some regularity for children permanent teeth trauma,such as the coronal break was most commonly,visit time can affect the prognostic.Most children get injury in school,so it is important to emphasize the children self-protection concept during daily education.
