| 摘 要： | 目的通过改进乳癌手术操作及引流方法，减少术后并发症。方法对121例乳癌根治术采用小切口、大刀削切游离皮瓣、双管负压引流、并与传统手术方法相比较。结果采用改进措施后121例中仅5例出现皮下积液，3例出现皮瓣坏死，明显少于传统手术。结论乳癌根治术应用小切口、大刀削切游离皮瓣，双管负压引流能明显减少术后近期并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of decreasing the complications after operation by the improvement of mammary cancer operative way and drainage method.Methods 12 cases of mammary cancer have been performed with small opening, big skin cut, double tube negative pressure drainage method. And compared with to traditional operation method. Results After taking this improving measures all together 121 cases,only 5 cases had liquid beneath the skin, 3 cases had skin necrosis,which were much less than the traditional operation.Conclusion Recent complications can be decreased obviously with small opening, big skin cut, double negative drainage in mammary cancer operation. |
