2型糖尿病伴血脂异常的研究进展

2型糖尿病患者常存在高脂血症,大约有50%合并血脂异常,2型糖尿病患者心血管疾病发生率和病死率也较高,高脂血症可以先于高血糖出现,但更多则是伴随糖代谢紊乱而作为糖尿病或代谢综合征的一部分。本文回顾了糖尿病伴血脂异常的可能机制及药物干预方法,多项研究均证明对糖尿病患者进行积极调脂治疗能显著减少其冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的发生率和病死率。

Type 2 Diabetes with Dyslipidemia Research

Patients with type 2 diabetes often exists Hyperlipemia,about 50% of patients complicated with dyslipidemia,the incidence and mortality of the cardiovascular disease in these patients is also high. Hyperlipidemia can appear in high blood sugar, but sugar is a metabolic disorder associated with diabetes or as part of the metabolic syndrome. This article reviewed the possible mechanisms and drug treatments of the dyslipidemia in diabetes,and found that the active interference in blood lipid disorder can significantly reduce the incidence and mortality of the coronary heart disease in diabetes mellitus.
