| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻内窥镜系统移动应用的需求及影响因素。方法:根据急、会诊记录统计出需要床旁应用鼻内窥镜系统诊断治疗的应用需求,并进行临床应用。对医生进行调查初步评价床旁鼻内窥镜系统移动应用的影响因素。结果:我科总共接到出诊请求2 476例,包括急诊和院内会诊,与鼻内窥镜有关的有237例,其中,可以使用鼻内窥镜174例(73.4%),必须使用鼻内窥镜59例(24.9%),禁忌使用鼻内窥镜4例(1.7%)。床旁鼻内镜概念的确立,医生的主观能动性、性价比、适应证的选择是影响床旁鼻内镜使用的重要因素。结论:床旁鼻内窥镜系统的构建是必要的、可行的、有效的,其应用一定程度上提高了日常急、会诊工作的安全性、可靠性。
