化疗联合放射治疗中晚期鼻咽癌疗效评价

目的:评价化疗加放射治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的临床效果.方法:对84例临床Ⅲ～Ⅳ期的鼻咽癌患者分别实施单纯放射治疗(单放)组33例和化疗加放射治疗(化放)组51倒行临床观察治疗前后的肿瘤大小,比较其近期的临床疗效(CR PR)及5年生存率.结果:单放组、化放组有效率(CR PR)分别为81.2%(17/33)、90.1%(46/51),P＜0.01,5年生存率分别为42.4%(14/33)、66.6%(34/51),P＜0.01.结论:化疗加放射治疗中晚期鼻咽癌可望提高临床疗效及延长患者的生存期.

Effect of Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy on Intermediate and Advanced Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

Objective: To analyse the effect of the chemotherapy combined radiaotherapy on inlermediate and advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: Tirty-three cases of inlermediate advanced cervical cancer were treated with radiotherapy (n=33) and chemotherapy combined radiotherapy (n=51). The tumor mass was measured before and after therapy. The effect of treatments was compared based on the response rates of therapy and survival rates of 5years. Results: The objective response rates completely remission partial remission (CR PR)] in radiotherapy and radiotherapy combined chemotherapy groups were 82.1% and 90.1% (P<0.01), and correspondingly, the survival rates of 5 years in both groups were 42.4% and 66.6% (P<0.01), respectively. Conclusion: Chemotherapy combined radiotherapy might be much more favor of the outcome of intermediate advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
