不同术式无张力疝修补术的临床比较研究

目的比较三种不同术式无张力疝修补术的临床效果,并发症产生的原因。方法收集1997～2004年CNKI收录的期刊上发表的所有相关文章,依据三种不同治疗方式分成三组,分析并比较其临床资料。结果Rutknow组在术后异物感的发生率上明显高于其它两组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。三组在术后总体复发率上无显著差异,但在复发疝的治疗中,PHS组明显优于其它两组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论三种治疗方式均有较好的治疗效果,但在复发疝的治疗中PHS装置更为合适。

A Clinical Contrast Study on the Tension-free Hernioplasty with Three Operative Methods

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of tension-free hernioplasty with three operative methods, and analyze the reasons of complications. Methods All Chinese articles dealing with the tension-free hernioplasty included in CNKI from 1997 to 2004 were collected, and divided into three groups according to different operative methods, the clinical efficacy of which was compared. Results The frequecy of foreign matter feel in the Rutknow group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the postoperative recurrent rate among the three groups. But the effect of PHS group was much better than that of the other two groups in treating recurrent inguinal hernia (P<0.05). Conclusion All three tension-free hernioplasty had perfect efficacy, and PHS was especially suitable for treating recurrent inguinal hernia.
