乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原及HBV-M和HBV-DNA的关系

目的:探讨血清乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原(PreS1)与HBV其他标志物及其DNA的关系。方法:对620例血清标本进行PreS1、乙肝病毒标志物和HBV-DNA检测。结果:在HBsAg、HBeAg、抗HBc与HBsAg、抗HBe、抗HBc和HBsAg、抗HBc三种阳性模式组,PreS1阳性率为84.8%、41.9%、51%。差异有显著性(P均<0.005)。在PreS1 (+)病例组,PreS1与HBeAg及HBV-DNA阳性率分别为58.87%、48.39%和51.61%,结果符合率达82.19%和87.67%。结论:血清PreS1主要存在于HBsAg携带者,且与HBeAg和HBV-DNA关系密切,是反映HBV复制及传染性的又一可靠血清学指标。PreS1联合HBV标志物同步检测具有重要的临床意义。

Relationship Between PreS1 Antigen and other HBV markers,HBV-DNA

Objective To explore the relationship between PreS1 antigen(PreS1)and other hepatitis B vires(HBV)markers, HBV-DNA.Methods Pre-S1 antigen,HBV markers(HBV-M)and HBV-DNA in 620 sernm samples were detected.Rerults A- mong the three positive patterns with HBsAg.HBeAg,Anti-HBc or HBsAg,Anti-HBe,Anti-HBc and HBsAg,Anti-HBc,The positive rates of Pre-S1 antigen are 84.8%,41.9% and 51% respectively,the differences were significant(all P<0.005).In patients with PreS1,the positive rates of PreS1,HbeAg(+)and HBV DNA were 58.87%,48.39% and 51.61%.the coinci- dent rate reach 82.19% and 87.67%.Conclusion The results suggested that PreS1 mainly exists in patients with HBsAg (+),and has close relation with the condition of HBeAg and HBV-DNA.So it is another dependable index to reflect the HBV replication and infective activity,the synchronous detection of Pre-S1 with HBV markers has its important clinical meaning.
