某医院临床护士护理科研能力现状及其影响因素调查分析

目的：了解临床护士科研能力现状并探讨其影响因素。方法：采用《临床护士护理科研能力自评量表》对北京市某三级甲等医院的185例临床护士进行调查。结果：临床护士护理科研能力自评量表中位数得分为39.00分;影响临床护士科研能力的因素分别为“是否参与过护理科研”（P=0.004）和“每周阅读护理文献情况”（P=0.009）。结论：临床护士科研能力处于较低水平,护理管理者应利用各种途径为临床护士提供参与科研的机会,提供方法学指导,创造良好的阅读环境,使其养成良好的阅读习惯,以便有效地提高临床护士的科研能力。

Nursing research capacity and influencing factors among clinical nurses in a hospital

Objective：To investigate the nursing research capacity and inlfuencing factors among clinical nurses. Methods：We recruited 185 clinical nurses in a Class A tertiary hospital in Beijing by convenience sampling method and investigated them using Clinical Nurse Nursing Research Capacity Scale. Results：The median score of the scale was 39.00. Multiple stepwise regression showed that participating in nursing research （P=0.004） and literature reading status （P=0.009） were major inlfuencing factors. Those who had participated in nursing research and read nursing journals every week had better research capacity. Conclusions：Nursing research capacity among clinical nurses in Beijing is still at a low level. Nursing managers should improve their nursing research capacity by providing opportunities for clinical nurse to participate in nursing research, guiding them research methods, creating reading environment, and cultivating their habits of reading literature.
