相思子叶化学成分研究

摘    要:
目的对相思子(Abrus precatorius L.)叶进行成分分离和鉴别。方法利用溶剂提取法、萃取法和柱层析法对相思子叶化学成分进行分离,经理化性质和NMR、HRMS、HPLC—DAD等方法测定,分析并鉴定其结构。结果从相思子叶中分离并鉴别出5个化合物,分别为卢一谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、滨蓟黄苷(Ⅱ)、滨蓟黄素(Ⅲ)、相思子碱(Ⅳ)、下箴刺桐碱(Ⅴ)。结论Ⅱ、Ⅲ化合物为首次从该植物中得到。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the leaves of Abrus precatorius L.Methods The chemical constituents of the leaves of Abrus precatorius L. were isolated and purified by means of different methods such as solvent method, extraction method, column chromatographies and their structures were determined on the basis of physical characteristics, NMR, HRMS and HPLC-DAD data. Results Five compounds were isolated from this plant and identified as /3-sitosterol ( Ⅰ ), cirsimarin ( Ⅱ ) , cirsimaritin ( Ⅲ ) , abrine ( Ⅳ ) and hypaphorine ( Ⅴ ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ and Ⅲ were obtained from Abrus precatorius L. for the first time.
