摘    要:目的创建一个全新的紧急医疗救治模式,用以解决应院外急救援现场人员和物质无法实时监控,定位以及综合调度等问题,有效提高伤员救治的成功率。方法采用物联网技术,具体信息传感手段包括无线传感网络单元、RFID单元和基于无线射频技术的通信工具,采用的技术有wifi、GPRS,、蓝牙,GPS作为智能移动终端、远端服务器和综合的数据中心与资源调度处理平台。结果实现了在紧急医疗救援中物与物、物与人、所有的物品与网络的连接,方便识别、管理和控制。结论由于物联网技术在医疗领域应用潜力巨大,能够帮助医疗实现智能化的医疗和管理。物联网技术在急救中的应用,为医疗物联网事业全面发展奠定了坚实基础。

Abstract:Objective To create a new pattern of emergency medical treatment for improvement of the wounded treatment success rate.Methods With the technology of the internet of things,the system was consisted of a variety of mobile,portable bio-signal sensors,smart phones,RFID labels,data centers and medical workstation.Technology included wifi,GPRS,bluetooth and GPS as intelligent mobile terminal.By utilizing wireless technology,all onsite information was transmitted and stored in the remote data center.Emergency headquarters in the data center could remotely view the location of the medical equipment,personnel,casualties and even the treatment of the wounded.Results All the things connected through the network in the emergency medical rescue.This was advantageous to the information identification,management and control.Conclusion The internet of things technology in the field of medical application has huge potential,which can help medical intelligent medical and management.
