血清同型半胱氨酸在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用价值

目的：探讨检测同型半胱氨酸对诊断和治疗妊娠期糖尿病的应用价值，期望为临床治疗提供参考。方法随机选取我院妇产科中被诊断为妊娠期糖尿病的患者80例，记为观察组，并根据血糖控制情况分为A1、A2两亚组，其中A1亚组48例、A2亚组32例；随机选取同期妊娠妇女50例，记为对照组。分别检测两组受试者的血清同型半胱氨酸浓度，研究其浓度差别，同时追踪受试者的妊娠结局，并进行相关性分析。结果 A2亚组患者的血清同型半胱氨酸水平、不良妊娠发生率均显著高于A1亚组及对照组（P＜0．05）；A1亚组患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平、不良妊娠发生率与对照组之间无显著差别（P＞0．05）。结论血清同型半胱氨酸水平可能与妊娠期糖尿病的严重程度及不良妊娠结局有关，因此临床上可以通过检测血清同型半胱氨酸水平来预知妊娠期糖尿病的发生发展，并及时采取合理的治疗措施来降低不良妊娠发生率，从而提高妊娠妇女及新生儿的生命质量。

The application value of serum homocysteine in gestational diabetes

Objective To investigate the application value of detect serum homocysteine in the diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes , expect to provide reference for clinical treatment .Methods Randomly chose 80 cases of patients those who were diagnosed as gestational diabetes , they were recorded in the observation group, and then they were divided into A 1, A2 subgroups according to glycolic control condition , 48 cases in A1group, 32 cases in A2 group.Another 50 cases of pregnant women at the same period were selected as control group.Serum homocysteine concentrations in both groups were measured and studied , meanwhile tracked the pregnancy outcomes and made correlation analysis .Results The serum homocysteine level and the incidence of adverse pregnancy of A2 subgroup were significantly higher than the control group and subgroup A 1 （P〈0 05）. The differences of serum homocysteine level and incidence of adverse pregnancy between A 1 subgroup and control group were no statistically significant （P〉0.05）.Conclusions Serum homocysteine levels may be associated with the severity of gestational diabetes and adverse pregnancy outcomes , therefore serum homocysteine levels can predict the development of gestational diabetes in clinical , promptly and reasonable treatment measures can reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy , so as to improving the quality of life in pregnant women and newborns .
