Suprapubic micturating cystourethrography is a technique of great value in evaluating lower urinary tract in infants and children. It has been employed in 28 patients of age group ranging from newborn to 12 years, without any serious complication. The minor complication of extravasation of contrast media into the perivesical and peritoneum was observed in three patients. The method is easy, safe, reliable and time saving. |
