摘    要:
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定叶酸片中叶酸含量的方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-冰乙酸(40:60:0.1)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为254nm。结果叶酸在20.08~180.72μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),样品平均加样回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.2%。结论本方法快速,可靠,有良好的精密度和准确度,适应于叶酸片的质量控制。

Abstract:
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Folic Acid in Folic Acid Tablets. Methods Folic Acid was determined on HPLC instrument fixed a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with UV detection at 254nm.The mobile phase was water(containing 0.1%glacial acetic acid)-methanol (60:40)with the flow rate at 1.0 ml/min.Results The liner range of Folic Acid was 20.08μg/ml-180.72μg/ml (r=0.9999),and the average recovery was 100.5% with RSD1.2%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Folic Acid Tables.
