阿托品配伍芬太尼与丙泊酚对吸宫术后子宫收缩痛的影响

目的 评价阿托品配伍芬太尼与丙泊酚静脉麻醉防治吸宫术后子宫收缩痛的效果.方法 吸宫手术800例,随机均分为4组,A组用阿托品配伍芬太尼与丙泊酚,B组单纯用丙泊酚,C组用阿托品配伍丙泊酚,D组用芬太尼与丙泊酚.结果 与B组、C组、D组比较,A组术中呼吸循环较稳定（P〈0.05）,丙泊酚用量少（P〈0.01）,手术时间与苏醒时间短（P〈0.01）,术后宫缩痛VAS评分低（P〈0.01）,宫颈松弛效果好（P〈0.01）,麻醉效果评优率高（P〈0.01）.结论 阿托品配伍芬太尼与丙泊酚用于吸宫术的镇痛效果满意,可以有效防治术后子宫收缩痛.

Effect of atropine with fentanyl and propofol on postoperative contractive pain of uterus in early pregnant women with artificial abortion

Objective To evaluate the effect of atropine with fentanyl and propofol analgesia on the postoperative contractive pain of uterus in patients with artificial abortion. Methods Eight hundred women with early pregnancy undergoing artificial abortion were randomly divided into four groups. In group A （200 cases） analgesia was performed with atropine-fentanyl and propofol , in group 13（ 200 cases） with propofol only, in group C （200 cases） with propofol and atropine ,in group D （200 cases） with propofol and fentanyl . Results In group A the respiratory and circulation systems were stable（P〈0.05）,the doses of propofol were less（P〈0.01） ,the time of operation was short（P〈0.01）, the recovery time was quick （P〈0.01）,the VAS of postoperative contractive pain was lower （P〈0.01）, relax of uterm cervis was the best （P〈0.01）, the effect of anal.geisa（P〈 0.01）was better, compared to those in group B, C, D. Conclusion The analgesic effect of atropine with fentanyl and propofol on artificial abortion is satisfactory, and postoperative contractive pain of uterus is effectively prevented.
