南京市新型农村合作医疗住院情况分析

通过南京市参合农民的住院服务利用与费用分布情况分析发现:不同级别医院的住院人次分布不均衡;各区县住院利用率有一定的差别。次均住院费用整体上呈现:医疗机构级别越高,次均住院费用越高的一般规律;住院费用的实际补偿比不高,住院资金使用分布不均衡呈现医院级别越高所占比例越大的特征;补偿方案的设计对参合农民就诊流向有较大影响。

Status quo of hospitalization of the new rural cooperative medical system(NRCMS)in Nanjing city

This paper analyzes the distribution situation of the farmers' taking part in NRCMS hospitalization services utilization and expenses in Nanjing city.The results of the investigation show that the hospitalization person distribution is unbalance in the different rank hospital.Hospitalization utilization in the suburb areas and counties contains a certain difference,every time hospitalization expenses present up the general regulation in the whole that hospital rank is more high and every time hospital expenses is more bigger.The actual reimbursement proportion in the hospitalization expenses is low.The hospitalized funds usage distribution is unbalance and the characteristic is more high rank hospital to be bigger proportion.The design of reimbursement plan can influence the farmer taking part in NRCMS to select hospital.
