| 摘 要： | 目的总结8例血液透析用动静脉内瘘发生急性血栓,行置管溶栓治疗的护理配合。方法对患者进行局部置管碎栓后,再用尿激酶团注结合微泵持续溶栓。结果患者能积极配合置管溶栓,内瘘均能再通。结论本方法血栓发生时间短,操作简单、不良反应小、效果满意。 |
