| 摘 要： | 我国医疗事业的全面、协调、可持续发展离不开民办医疗事业的发展，在建设覆盖城乡居民的医药卫生服务和保障体系中，民办医疗不是或有或无的补充地位，而应鼓励发展：明确民办医疗的价值定位；制定整体发展规划；排除民办医疗事业发展的障碍；积极回应投资人、举办人的合理诉求；平等对待公办、民办医疗机构的管理人员和医务人员，等等。

| Abstract: | Private health contributes greatly to the all - round, harmonious and sustainable development of health system, and is an important part of health service system and health insurance system coveting urban and rural peoples. So we should approve of private hospitals values, establish integrated development plans, remove private health development obstacle, respond actively to the investors＇ reasonable claims and be equitable for staffs in public and private medical organizations. |
