摘    要:为了充分挖掘和调动聘用护士的工作积极性,在分析现有福利待遇、激励机制是否完善的基础上,针对存在的主要问题.找出薄弱环节,加大管理力度,调整激励手段,最终出台了浮动工资奖励的规定:凡在医院工作满2年持有护士执业证书的聘用护士都可以申请或被推荐参与浮动工资奖励的评审,享受时间为半年,1年评比2次。这一规定的出台极大地鼓舞和调动了聘用护士的工作积极性,受到大家的欢迎并取得满意效果。

Abstract:In order to encourage the employed nurses' working enthusiasm and aim at existing problems, the authors found weak links, intensified the management and adjusted bonus mechanism on the basis of analysis of the current welfare and the bonus mechanism's perfection. Thus, the "floating salary " was implemented, which included: all the certificated nurse who have worked in our hospital for two years could apply for it or could be recommended as candidates; and this was appraised for two times each year with extra six-month allowance for those passed appraisement. This regulation encouraged and promoted nurses' working enthusiasm greatly, was welcomed by the staff, and attained satisfactory effect.
