| 摘 要： | 根据我国建设社会主义和谐社会的执政理念和目标,结合高等学校自身的特点,阐述如何理解和把握构建社会主义和谐社会的内涵和特征,通过在高等学校推进民主法制建设,营造公平正义、诚信友爱的氛围,激发创新活力,并且正确处理好个人发展与学校发展的关系,从而构建高等学校和谐发展环境,促进高等学校的协调发展和全面进步。 |

| Abstract: | This article shows how the universities combine its characteristics to construct and promote a harmonious and developing environment to which the socialist and the governing conception and aim are according.Through pushing on a democracy and legal system,building an equity and justice,friendly and honest credit atmosphere,arousing creative vigour as well as maintaining a proper balance in the relationship between the school and individual,a deeply understanding the intension and essence of construction socialist and harmonious society could be constructed. |
