2009-2018年国外新生儿护理研究热点聚类分析

目的分析PubMed数据库中近10年新生儿护理研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为我国新生儿护理研究提供参考依据。方法以主题词“neonatal nursing”和“intensive care,neonatal”为检索词,检索PubMed数据库,检索期限为2009-2018年,采用Bicomb 2书目共现分析系统软件统计相关研究文献中的高频主题词,采用SPSS 16.0统计软件对主题词进行共词聚类分析。结果纳入相关文献3446篇,提取高频主题词18个,占总频次累积百分比为20.98%。共词聚类分析得到研究热点5个,即新生儿人文关怀、新生儿护理模式、新生儿护理管理、新生儿护士的能力、新生儿重症护理。结论国外针对新生儿护理的研究,呈现逐年下降的趋势,新生儿的常规护理已日趋成熟。新生儿研究不仅注重新生儿本身的护理干预,同时倡导多学科合作,提倡人文关怀,注重社会支持系统及护理人员的教育支持。

The Hotpots of Neonatal Nursing form 2009 to 2018

Objective To reveal the current status,hot topics and trends of neonatal nursing researches aboard in recent 10 years,and to provide a reference basis for neonatal nursing research in China.Methods The literature related to“neonatal nursing”and“Intensive Care,Neonatal”were searched in PubMed from 2009 to 2018.Then the subject terms frequency analysis and cluster analysis were conducted by using the Bicomb2.0 and SPSS16.0 software.Results A total of 3446 articles were included,18 high-frequency keywords were reserved,and the cumulative percentage of total frequency was 20.98%.Five hot research areas were identified,including neonatal humanistic care,neonatal nursing model,neonatal nursing administration,competency of neonatal nursing,and neonatal intensive care.Conclusions The research on neonatal nursing aboard shows a trend of decreasing year by year,and the routine measure has become increasingly mature.The researches not only focus on the nursing intervention of the newborn itself,but also advocate multidisciplinary cooperation,humanistic care,the social support system and the education support of neonatal nursing.
