| 摘 要： | 建立了家兔阴道炎模型，并用多种急性炎症、慢性炎症动物模型，观察阴道泡腾片的抗炎药理。结果表明，阴道泡腾片能消除阴道炎模型家兔局部充血、水肿、糜烂、分泌物增加等体征，抑制其霉菌生长，纠正阴道局部炎症的病理变化；能明显抑制小鼠耳壳肿胀、大鼠足跖肿胀，降低大鼠肉芽肿重量，减少肉芽肿囊内渗出物，提示阴道泡腾片具有良好的抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | abbit models of vaginitis (including
acute and chronic inflammation) were used to study the anti-inflammatory effect of Yindao Paoteng
Tablet (YPT). The results showed that YPT can reduce localhyperremia, edema, erosion and
secretion, and inhibit the growth of fungi. It can also inhibit the experi-mental swelling of ear in
mice, and reduee the metatarsal swelling in rats, decrease the weight of granu-loma and its
secretion, suggesting that WT has a definite anti-inflammatory effect. |
