正交设计研究广枣三味汤黄酮及生物碱提取工艺

摘    要:
目的:为广枣三味汤提取工艺提供依据。方法:采用正交设计方法因素为提取时间乙醇浓度和使用量。芦丁、苦参碱为指示成份。结果:最佳提取工艺为A2B3C3,即加药材8倍量的70%乙醇回流提取2h,共提取3次。结论:乙醇提取法优于水提取法。提取时间对黄酮类和生物碱的溶出量影响最大,乙醇的浓度和溶剂倍量对黄酮的溶出量影响较大,应加以控制。

Abstract:
Objective: To provide a basis for studying the extraction process of traditional mongolian medicine Guangzao three decoction. Methods: The orthogonal design with three factors: extraction time, alcohol concentration and amount were adopted. Rutin and matrine worked as markers. Results: The optimum extracting condition was A 2B 3C 3, that is, adding eight times amount of 70% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 2h (totally extracting for 3 times). Conclusion: The alcohol extraction method is superior to the water extraction method. The extraction time, alcohol concentration and amount should be strictly controlled because they greatly influenced the dissolution of total flavone and alkaloid.
