| 摘 要： | １９７６年～１９９６年收治肩锁关节脱位２９例，非手术治疗３例，２６例手术治疗，术后随访２４例，肩关节功能恢复优良率９２％，认为手术修复与重建肩锁和喙锁韧带以及肩锁关节稳定复位极为重要。 |

| Abstract: | We had 29 cases of dislocation of scapuloclavicular joint from 1976 to 1996, among which twenty six cases accepted operative treatment. Only three cases were treated nonoperatively. 24 of them were followed up opreatively. 22 had achieved satisfactony function. The rate the excellent and good recovery of shoulder joint function 92%. We prefer open reduction of coracoclavicular ligament and scapuloclavicular ligament. |
