| 摘 要： | 目的：建立香椿嫩叶中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法：采用UV法测定总黄酮。结果：总黄酮在0.025～0.25mg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系（R=0.9998）,回收率为98.30%,RSD为0.48%。结论：该方法操作简便、快速、有效、灵敏、准确、重现性好、专属性强,具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为香椿嫩叶的质量控制方法。 |

DETERMINATION OF TOTAL FLAVONES IN TOONA SINENSIS LEAVES |

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the determination method of toona sinensis leaves.Methods：The content of total flavones was detected by UV.Results：The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.025～ 0.25 mg/mL（R=0.9998）.The average recovery was 98.30% with RSD 0.48%.Conclusion：This method is sim-ple,rapid,efficient,sensitive,accurate,reproducibility and specificity are good,and with good repeatability and recovery,it can be used as quality control for this preparation. |
