| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病对母婴的影响。方法：分析我院住院分娩的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇和健康孕妇各85例的妊娠结局。结果：妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多、胎儿窘迫、剖宫产、巨大儿、早产、新生儿窒息、新生儿低血糖发生率高于对照组。结论：妊娠期糖尿病严重影响母婴健康，应及时发现妊娠期糖尿病并控制血糖，减少母儿并发症。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus GDM on maternity and infant health.Methods:The pregnancy outcome of 85 GDM patients and 85 healthy pregnant women who delivered in my hospital were analysed.Results:The group of GDM had higher risk of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,polyhydramnios,fetal distress,cesarean operation rate,fetal macrosomia,premature delivery,infant asphyxia and infant hypoglycemia than in the control group.Conclusion: GDM effects health of mother and baby seriously,so it should be early diagnosed and the blood glucose should be controlled to reduce the complicating diseases on mother and baby. |
