小剂量地高辛合并倍他乐治疗持续性房颤疗效观察

目的 :观察用小剂量地高辛和倍他乐克控制持续性房颤的心室率或转复窦性心律的有效性及安全性。方法 :用单盲安慰剂对照试验对所选病例分为四组 (地高辛组、倍他乐克组、小剂量地高辛和倍他乐克组、安慰剂组 ) ,进行疗效对比。结果 :小剂量地高辛和倍他乐克组观察持续性房颤转复疗效 ,25例患者有6例转复为窦性心律 ,与安慰剂组对照 ,P<0 01 ,同时观察该组控制心室率的疗效为94 7 % ,该组不良反应观察有1例患者出现频发室早、短阵室速 ,停药后消失。结论 :小剂量地高辛和倍他乐克治疗持续性房颤疗效显著。

Observation of curative effect of low dose digoxin combined with metoprolol for treating continuous atrial fibrillation

Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of lowdose digoxin combined with metoprolol for controlling ventricular rate of continuous atrial fibrillation and changing the continuous atrial fibrillation to sinus rhythm.Methods:The patients with continuous atrial fibrillation were divided into four groups,namely digoxin group,metoprolol group,lowdose digoxin and metoprolol group as well as placebo group,their results were compared by uni-blind placebo control test.Results:The curative effect of cardioverson was observed in low dose digoxin and metoprolol group,6of25patients returned to normal sinus rhythm,with a significant difference compared with that in placebo control group(P<0.01).The curative effect of controlling ventricular rate in this group was94.7%,only one patient appeared repeated ventricular extrasystole and short supraventricular paroxysmal tachycardia,and disappeared after cessation of administration.Conclusion:The curative effect of low dose digoxin combined with metoprolol for treating continuous atrial fibrillation is significant.
