摘    要:
目的:建立以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定板蓝根滴丸中腺苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Phenomenex-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(6∶94),流速为1mL.min-1,检测波长为260nm。结果:腺苷的检测浓度在6.36~31.8μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995);平均回收率为104.93%,RSD=0.94%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确、快速、简便,可用于板蓝根滴丸的质量控制。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the assay of Adenosine in Banlangen dropping pills. METH- ODS: The sample was determined by HPLC on a Phenomenex - C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) .The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(6 : 94) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min^-1 and detected at 260 nm.RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 6.36-31.8 μg · mL^- 1. The average recovery of sample was 104.93% (RSD = 0.94%, n = 6) . CONCLUSION :This method is accurate,rapid and simple,and it can be used for the quality control of Banlangen dropping pills.
