| 摘 要： | 本文报道了非手术治疗脊柱结核的5例患者,利用抗痨药物和中药制剂综合治疗,最短9个月,最长18个月,均获痊愈。经过3～5年的追踪观察,未见复发。此种办法,对于不适合手术治疗的脊柱结核患者,提供了一条可行的治疗途径。

| Abstract: | 5 cases of spinal tuberculosis were treated by nonoperative therapy using the antitubereulotics combined with the preparations of traditional Chinese medicine. The course of treatment was 9-18 months, All were cured. After 3-5 years follow-up study, there was no recurrence. This therapy offers a reliable therapeutic method for the patient with spinal tuberculosis in whom the operative treatment is contraindicated. |
