寻常性银屑病患者血清MCP-1和MIP-3α的检测及意义

目的探讨单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)和巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-3α(MIP-3α)与寻常性银屑病的关系。方法采用双抗体酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测患者血清MCP-1和MIP-3α水平。结果寻常性银屑病患者血清MCP-1和MIP-3α水平均明显高于正常人;进行期患者高于静止期(P<0.05)、退行期(P<0.05)及对照组(P<0.05)。结论寻常性银屑病患者血清MCP-1和MIP-3α水平升高,可能与其发病机理有关。

Detection and Significance of Serum Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1 and Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-3alpha in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To investigate the relation between monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and macrophage inflammatory protein-3α(MIP-3α)and psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Sera were taken from 44 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 20 healthy controls.The serum levels of MCP-1 and MIP-3α were measured by a dual antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The serum MCP-1 and MIP-3α levels were significantly higher in patients with psoriasis vulgaris than those in normal controls (P<0.05),and in progressive stage than those in stationary stage and degenerative stage(P<0.05)of psoriatic patients and normal subject(P<0.05).Conclusion The results indicate that MCP-1 and MIP-3α levels are significantly increased in the patients with psoriasis vulgaris,which may be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
