| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方甘片草酸苷联合卤米松乳膏治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法治疗组使用复方甘草酸苷片3片,3次/d,外用卤米松乳膏,2次/d;对照组外用卤米松乳膏,2次/d。连续用药2周。结果治疗组共观察40例,治愈率55.0%,有效率92.5%;对照组30例,治愈率30.0%,有效率66.7%;两组有效率比较差异有显著性(χ2=7.566,P<0.01)。结论使用复方甘草酸苷联合卤米松乳膏治疗斑秃效果好,无明显不良反应。
