医护合作型分级护理决策模式实践

目的：探讨责任护士参与的医护合作型分级护理决策模式的实践及效果。方法：采用便利取样法，将2011年1-6月在某三级医院骨外科病区住院的67例患者设为常规组，7-12月住院的62例患者设为合作组，常规组采用传统方法由医生根据患者病情进行护理分级，合作组采用医护合作型分级护理决策模式进行护理分级，即由责任护士采用Barthel指数量表对患者进行评分，医生基于评分结果，确定患者护理级别。结果：常规组与合作组医嘱护理分级结果有统计学差异妒〈0．05）；合作组护理质量评价指标及患者满意度与常规组相比有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论：医护合作型分级护理决策模式可提高护理分级的科学性、合理性，提高护理质量及患者满意度。

The practice of physician-nurse collaboration nursing grading decision-making model

Objective： To explore the practice and effect of physician-nurse collaboration nursing grading decision-making model. Methods： Totally 9 doctors, 11 nurses and 129 patients in Department of Orthopedics in a tertiary general hospital were divided into physician-nurse collaboration nursing grading decision-making model group （PN-group） and the conventional nursing grading group （CN-group） from January 2011 to January 2012. Nurses and doctors consulted the patients＇ nursing grading according to Barthel＇ index and the actual self-care ability of patients in PN-group.Results： CN-group and PN-group＇s nursing grading were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Nursing quality evaluation index and patients＇ satisfaction of PN-group were significantly better than those of CN-group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Physician-nurse collaboration nursing grading decision-making model could obviously improve the scientificity and rationality of nursing grading and enhance the nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction.
